Gregory C. Graziano is the Superintendent and Contracting Officer of the Water Authority of Great Neck North. Superintendent Graziano was appointed Provisional Superintendent on July 6, 2009. On May 17, 2010 the appointment to Superintendent was made permanent. Mr. Graziano is responsible for fulfilling the Authority's service area to meet the potable water demands and to ensure compliance with water quality standards. He is responsible for the management and supervision of the operation and maintenance, as well as the repair and expansion of the Water Authority's entire infrastructure. From 2003 to 2009 Greg served as the Assistant Superintendent of the Water Authority whereby he assisted in the management and direction of the overall operation. From 1999 to 2003 Greg served as the Supervisor of Water Plant Operations and managed the supervision of the maintenance workers in the repairing and maintaining of services. He began his career at the Water Authority of Great Neck North as a Water Servicer in 1996. Superintendent Graziano's education includes a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Water Utility Management.

Michael Rispoli, P.E. is the Assistant Superintendent of the Water Authority of Great Neck North. Mr. Rispoli joined the Authority on August 15, 2017. Prior to that he worked at H2M architects + engineers from 2016 to 2017 and at D&B Engineers and Architects from 2012 to 2016 where he designed and oversaw construction of various water treatment and distribution systems. Michael received both his B.S. and M.E. in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College and was a research assistant working on various NYCDEP research projects while obtaining his M.E..
 

Adam Solow joined the Water Authority of Great Neck North in February 2020 as the Supervisor of Water Plant Operations. Before joining the Water Authority, he worked at New York American Water as Senior Superintendent of Operations where he was in charge of the Production Department. Prior to that, he held the position of Supervisor of Field Operations where he was responsible for the meter department. Mr. Solow started his career at New York American Water in 2013 as a Station Operator where he was involved in all aspects of potable water treatment. Mr. Solow received his BS in Business Administration from Bryant University and holds a New York State Department of Health Grade IIB certification.
 

Judith Flynn is the Treasurer of the Water Authority of Great Neck North. Ms. Flynn joined the Authority in August 2016. Ms. Flynn is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University. Prior to joining the Authority, she was the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Heritage Strategies LLC. From 1997 - 2013, Ms. Flynn worked for Ivy Asset Management (Subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation) in multiple, progressive positions including Managing Director, Head of Financial Operations.
 

Debra Ray is the Secretary for the Water Authority of Great Neck North. Ms. Ray joined the Authority in September 2018. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University where she majored in Journalism. Ms. Ray has held various positions in Corporate Communications at Avon Products and the National Paper Trade Association and has been the Managing Editor for Direct Marketing magazine.
