To pay your bill in person: Please come to the Authority's office at 50 Watermill Lane, between 8am and 4pm, Monday - Friday.
NEW: The Water Authority office is currently closed to the public due to COVID-19. Non-cash payments can still be brought to the office and deposited in a drop box in the vestibule of the main office entrance from 8 am- 4 pm, Monday - Friday. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED until further notice. Drop box payments can only be made with a personal check, bank check or certified check.
Please note: Credit card payments cannot be accepted in the office. No payments can be accepted by Authority personnel outside of the office.
Direct Debit Payment
The Water Authority of Great Neck North's Direct Debit Payment Program allows you to pay your water bill through direct debit from your checking or savings account. By completing and submitting the Water Authority of Great Neck North authorization form you are granting the Water Authority of Great Neck North permission to automatically debit your identified bank account each billing period, ten (10) days from the bill date. NEW information: You can now set up your direct debit account faster by sending the completed form and voided check by fax to 516-487-5048 or by email to: email@example.com.

Credit Card Payment
The Water Authority of Great Neck North has partnered with Paymentus, a third party payment card provider, to offer residents the ability to make online credit card payments for their water bills. There is a $5.95 processing fee charged per transaction for this service. Transactions are limited to $750.00. If your bill is over $750.00 you can make multiple transactions. You can also call 1-844-291-3575 to pay by automated phone system. Credit Card payments will not be accepted in the office.
